"Excellent read sensual and thoughtful with a realistic story line. Imperfect perfection. A really good read. Strong author one of her best and deepest."
SPICEY SAM, AMAZON, 11/01/16
"I would rate this as one of the best books I've ever read! An amazing emotional tale of survival and love conquering all. Couldn't put it down!"

"This is hands down one of the best stories I have ever read. I read 4-5 books a week, and I just could not put this book down."
KALLI, AMAZON, 7/15/2016
"My wife and I read fiction aloud together and we agree that this is simply a wonderful book. The pacing is nearly perfect, a difficult feat when the story runs over 600 pages. Never once did our interest lag."
LUCINDA HUGHES, AMAZON, 3/12/2016

"A MUST READ - I laughed out loud and cried deeply. This one reached in and thumped on my soul. Profoundly amazing."

"At 662, I though this book would be at LEAST 200 pages of fluff. I am happy to say I was sorely mistaken. While the plot moves at a gradual pace, the author does so in such a manner that you FEEL for EVERY character and spend time in each developing stage. It's definitely not too slow. I didn't want to and I'm not used to it, but there are at least 5 or 6 times I wanted to cry and a few where I just could not hold it in. Some were tears of sadness while others were tears of joy."

"This book reminded me why I love reading so much. It has two believable main characters, good supporting characters, a great story line, a good plot twist, and a lot of feeling."
CAROLINE DOMENECH, CURVE MAGAZINE, 11/27/2013
"This is my all time favorite book. I was enthralled in this book by the first page. I stayed up till 6am reading it. It's been a long time since a book kept me up all night."

"Thrill, suspense, tragedy, desire, survival, and love. A beautiful collection of words, and an engaging story that is nearly impossible to put down."
AMAZON CUSTOMER, AMAZON, 5/26/2016

"Beautiful story about love, survival and how a near tragedy can force you to come to terms with what your heart won't deny. You will be hooked from chapter one and will not be able to put it down till the last chapter. A little suspense, comedy but most importantly LOVE. A must read for everyone."

"I am always reluctant to read lesbian fiction, as most of the books under this genre are just simply erotica, with no real story line. This book was refreshing. There was actually a story line. There were actual emotions besides those of lust. It also reminded me of that Scottish show "Lip Service". Love this author and I am currently reading her newest book. I definitely recommend this to those who want more than some cheap bedroom erotica."
BRIANNA, AMAZON, 10/07/2015
"This book was simply enchanting! A sweet lesbian romance, it's light-hearted and whimsical in all of the right places. You'll fall in love with the characters as they fall in love with each other, and the end is QUITE satisfying!!! One of my favourites of the year. Excellent!"

"Really sweet holiday love story! It truly could be a good Hallmark Christmas movie (minus the few risqué pages...) Very cute."

"What a great love story with a little bit of magic! What a refreshing read! A treasure to hold close to your heart and makes you want to believe in all things possible. Thank you Ms. Gardner :-) Happy new year."
JULI S., AMAZON, 1/21/2014

"The most beautiful, romantic Christmas love story I have read in a long time. I adored this story to no end. I loved it so much. It has been years since I read one so good. I just loved it. Hard to put into words really. Just wow is all I can say without continuing to repeat myself.

"I’ve read both Ice and Give Me A Reason by Lyn Gardner, so I had an idea of what to expect before I picked up Mistletoe. This was a much anticipated Christmas read for me and it sure didn’t disappoint. What I didn’t expect though is the whimsical, light-hearted humor that I found within its pages. Gardner has an intense style of writing, and she portrays her characters’ personalities to be very bold and passionate."
